Statement on the Failure of Established Political Parties

Established political parties have failed the American citizen by engaging in endless bickering, filing frivolous lawsuits, and dealing with congressional criminal indictments. While they misuse the Speech and Debate Clause to shield themselves and underperform for the American people, they neglect their duty to effectively govern. The intended purpose of this clause was to prevent a U.S. President or other executive officials from arresting members on pretext to influence their votes or actions and to protect members from civil suits related to their official duties. Similar protections exist in many state constitutions and legislatures worldwide under the doctrine of parliamentary immunity. The Modified American Party (MAP) aims to end these practices and ensure true accountability and representation for all Americans.

Statement on the Failure of Established Political Parties in Finance, Judicial, and Commerce

Established political parties have failed the American citizen by mismanaging critical sectors such as finance, the judiciary, and commerce. In finance, their policies have led to economic instability, unsustainable debt, and widening income inequality. In the judicial system, partisan appointments and frivolous lawsuits have undermined public trust and delayed justice. In commerce, their inability to foster a competitive and fair marketplace has stifled innovation and hurt small businesses. The Modified American Party (MAP) is committed to reforming these areas to ensure economic stability, judicial integrity, and a thriving, fair marketplace for all Americans.

Statement on What Makes MAP Candidates Different

MAP candidates are uniquely committed to prioritizing the wishes and needs of the voters over campaign funds. Unlike traditional candidates, who often cater to special interests and big donors, MAP candidates focus on genuine representation and accountability. Our commitment is to serve the people, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns addressed, free from the influence of money in politics. The Modified American Party (MAP) stands for a new era of governance, where voter interests always come first.

Statement Question on the Failures of the Present Two-Party System

The present two-party system pits Republicans against Democrats, fostering division and partisanship rather than unity and progress. Can we foresee a time where our U.S. military chooses to protect one party over another, or where our law enforcement or doctors refuse to provide services based on party affiliation? Such a scenario would be a grave threat to the principles of democracy and equal service to all citizens. The Modified American Party (MAP) strives to end this divisive cycle and ensure that all Americans, regardless of political affiliation, receive equal protection, justice, and care.
